Is My Rose Working?

The Health page is a self-check that tells you, for each Rose feature, whether it is set up and actually firing on your site over the last 30 days — and gives you a plain-language fix for anything that isn't.

Where to find it

In the backoffice, open Config Studio → Shared across agents → Health.

Advanced settings

The Health page lives behind Advanced settings. If you don't see it in the Config Studio sidebar, turn on Advanced settings first.

What each status means

Status Meaning
Working The feature is configured and Rose has seen it fire in the last 30 days.
Not enabled The feature is turned off. This is neutral — it never means something is broken.
Not working The feature is turned on but Rose has seen no activity. The row explains the likely cause and how to fix it.
Needs attention The feature is firing but something looks incomplete (for example, clicks are counted but no destinations are configured).
Unknown Not enough traffic in the window to judge yet.

What it checks

Health covers the Rose features that depend on your configuration, for example:

  • AI Sections — whether embedded question prompts are being shown and clicked.
  • In-chat booking — whether demos are being booked inside the conversation.
  • Website CTA clicks — whether clicks on your own call-to-action links are being counted.
  • Form tracking — whether Rose is detecting your form submissions.

Fixing something that isn't working

Every Not working row names the likely cause and links straight to the configuration section you need. For form tracking, Health inspects your setup and points at the specific misconfiguration (no form pages, an over-strict conversion filter, and so on).

If your setup is bespoke and the self-serve fix doesn't cover it, each form-tracking fix also offers a path to contact your account manager for hands-on help.
