Webhooks¶
Overview¶
Rose can send conversation and lead data to external automation tools via webhooks. This allows you to build custom workflows in tools like n8n and Zapier.
Setup¶
To set up a webhook integration, contact your Rose account manager. They will configure the webhook endpoint and event types for your domain.
Supported Platforms¶
n8n¶
n8n is an open-source workflow automation tool. Rose can send webhook events to n8n workflows for custom processing.
Zapier¶
Zapier connects thousands of apps through automated workflows. Rose can send webhook events to Zapier Zaps.
What Data Is Sent¶
Webhook payloads include conversation and visitor data that can be used to trigger automations:

Use Cases¶
- Lead routing — Route qualified leads to the right sales rep based on company data
- CRM sync — Push conversation data to CRMs not natively supported by Rose
- Notifications — Send custom notifications when high-value visitors engage
- Data enrichment — Trigger additional enrichment workflows based on visitor data
- Reporting — Aggregate conversation data in your data warehouse
